- Eligiblity
- The Candidates should be an Indian National.
- Passed Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline.
- Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
Candidates who wish to pursue MBA course must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria :
- Admission Procedure
- The candidate will be required to participate in Online Off-Campus Counseling carried out by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal, Government of M.P.
- The schedule will be announce in the month June through the following website: dte.mponline.gov.in & www.dtempcounselling.org
- Counseling Process:
- On the basis of CMAT Score (Online Registration will be required as per the guidelines of Director, Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal on the basis of score of All India Entrance Test “Common Management Admission Test (CMAT)” (www.aicte-cmat.in).
OR
For those who have not taken CMAT exam, they can apply on the basis of Qualifying Exam (Graduation Marks with 50% Aggregate).

Step 2: Choice Filling
- MBA aspirants must give minimum 25 choices of Institutes in the order of their preferences. However, aspirants can give as many choices as possible of Institutes in the order of their preference.
- MBA aspirants can lock their filled choices by making Online Payment (through Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking or E-Wallet (Paytm)) or by making Cash Payment (at MPONLINE Kiosk).
Step 3: Availability of Common Merit List
Step 4: Allotment and Admission
- On the basis of CMAT Score / Qualifying Exam (Graduation Marks) DTE will allocate the seats based the merit and satisfied aspirants can take print out of Allotment Letter.
Step 5: Document Verification
- Documents Verification can be done at Help Centers (Colleges / Polytechnics authorized by DTE, Bhopal).
List of Help Centers are available on http://www.dtempcounselling.org.
Step 6: Additional Round of Counseling
- Aspirants who have not taken admission / cancelled their admission can apply for this round of counseling.
Step 7: College Level Counseling (CLC) (if conducted)
- Aspirants who have not taken admission / cancelled their admission can apply in this round of counseling.

Step 1: Online Registration
- Documents/Certificates required at the time of Admission
- Four Recent Passport Size Coloured Photographs of the Candidate.
- Printout of CMAT Mark sheet (if Applicable).
- Printout of Allotment Letter.
- Printout of Documents Verification Letter.
- Two photocopies of 10th and 12th Marks sheet.
- Photocopies of Graduation Marks Sheet.
- Original Transfer Certificate. (Not applicable for graduates of DAVV).
- Original Migration Certificate (Not applicable for graduates of DAVV).
- Photocopy of MP Domicile Certificate (Compulsory) for MP Domicile Candidates.
- Photocopy of Caste Certificate (Compulsory for Reserve category SC / ST / OBC).
- Photocopy of Income Certificate (Compulsory for Reserve category SC / ST / OBC).
- Gap Certificate after Graduation (If Applicable.)
- Photocopy of Address Proof (Aadhar Card).
- Affidavit (for change in name/surname).
- Note :
- Admission form can be purchased from account office of the Institute.
- On admission the candidate will have to pay the fees for the whole year/first installment along with the Admission Form and second installment (if applicable) on or before 30th November, failing which his/her may be liable to pay late fees charge.
- In addition, each student will pay fee for Enrolment, Examination as per DAVV.
- Fee will be deposited through Debit Card or by D.D/Pay Order drawn in favor of “Shri Gujarati Samaj, Indore” payable at Indore.
- Caution money, which is to be paid at the time of admission, is refundable without interest on completion of the program against caution money receipt.
