Post Graduate Courses

Admission Procedure

For BBA/BCA/MBA/MCA:

For admission to BBA/BCA/MBA/MCA course, candidates must take part in the online off-campus counselling process via the official portal: http://dte.mponline.gov.in with the following steps:

  1. Step-1 Registration: Candidates are required to registered on http://dte.mponline.gov.in
  2. Step-2 Document Verification: Document verification will be conducted at designated DTE Help Centers.
  3. Step-3 Choice Filling: Candidates are required to provide a minimum of 10 institute and course preferences, listed in order of priority.
  4. Step-4 Choice Locking: Candidates can locked their selected choices by making an online payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, e-wallets (such as Paytm), or by visiting an MP Online kiosk.
  5. Step-5 Display of Merit List: Merit list will be displayed on the official DTE website.
  6. Step-6 College Allotment: Seat allotment will be carried out by DTE, based on merit.
  7. Step-7 Reporting and Admission at Allotted College: Students must print their allotment letter and report to the assigned college before the deadline specified by DTE.

For B.Com.:

For admission to B.Com.(Plain) and B.Com.(Computer Applications) course candidates must take part in counselling process by Evia the official portal: E-Pravesh Portal with the following steps:

  1. Step-1: Complete initial registration by signing up, logging in, entering qualification details, selecting reservation and weightage options, and uploading required documents.
  2. Step-2: Choice Filling: Candidates are required to provide a minimum 1 to 10 colleges preferences, listed in order of priority.
  3. Step-3: Choice Locking: Candidates can locked their selected choices by making an online payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, e-wallets (such as Paytm).
  4. Step-4: College Allotment: Seat allotment will be carried out by E-Pravesh, based on merit.
  5. Step-5: Reporting and Fees Submission at Allotted College: Students must print their allotment letter and report to the assigned college before the deadline specified by E-Pravesh portal.

Documents Required for Admission

Please arrange all documents in following sequence:

  1. Allotment Letter
  2. Two recent passport size colour photographs.
  3. 10th & 12th Class Marks Sheet.
  4. Graduation all Semester/Years Marks Sheet (applicable for PG students).
  5. CMAT Score Card (applicable for MBA Students).
  6. MP Domicile Certificate.
  7. Category Certificate (applicable for OBC /SC /ST students).
  8. Income Certificate (applicable for OBC /SC /ST/TFW students).
  9. Aadhaar Card & Samagra ID.
  10. Original Transfer Certificate(TC).
  11. Original Migration (applicable for PG Students and 12 class passed from CBSE or Other board then M.P. Board).
  12. Gap Certificate (if any).
  13. MP TASS ID (if any).

Payment Procedure

Fees can be paid via Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. After making the online payment, please email a SCREEN SHOT of the transaction along with the UTR number, class with year, student’s name, and mobile number,  to: srgpgpionlinefees@gmail.com.
